HighPoint Capital Team Joins Crescent Capital Group LP

In June 2012, the HighPoint Capital team joined Crescent Capital Group LP to launch a lower-middle-market direct lending business called Crescent Direct Lending ("CDL"). CDL's primary target investments include cash-flow based senior secured debt, senior Term B debt and senior unitranche debt to sponsor-backed, lower-middle-market companies with annual EBITDA of $5 million to $25 million. CDL’s target investment size is $5 million to $25 million.
